My workflow uses Claude Code, MCP integrations, Langdock, Lyssn AI, Supernova token pipelines, and AI-assisted frontend prototypes to collapse the time between hypothesis and evidence. The important part is the review loop: I stress-test AI output against user research, accessibility, design-system rules, and product risk before anything becomes a decision.
